If Alina Habba loses her appeal today that could mean the end of Lindsey Halligan and the end of the cases against James and Comey. Neither Habba or Halligan were appointed. Habba served her 120 days and is no longer eligible to serve. Halligan I believe was the 2nd interim in her position and you can’t have consecutive interim appointments. This would mean all cases under Habba and Halligan would be null and void if Habba loses her appeal today.
