This is how Australia investigates & charges them as war criminals when faced with credible allegations they’ve killed unarmed guys, disarmed prisoners, and/or civilians.
This isn’t the targeting of soldiers. He’s charged because good soldiers themselves spoke up.

Well, they might just have some good evidence if they've turned up at the airport and taken him just as he was about to go on holiday. I know some people are a little mad about that, saying even war criminals deserve to be relaxed before they're taken in. Nice that they've got the ability to empathize.
