@BonSecours billing is absolutely incompetent. I have had over 15 calls with their billing department over a duplicate bill. They keep threatenening to charge my credit card for their duplicate charge they have alreday been paid for. The US Health / Insurance system is broken.

@BonSecours What a fucking joke you are. Can't get a med refill for a medication I've been on for 15 years because YOU switched my provider, did not communicate and now I have to establish new care after being a patient at this practice for more than 15 years. WTAF??

@BonSecours I am a member of your community. My son is scheduled for surgery next month at St. Francis. I will be cancelling that surgery and changing to @AnMed_Health I don't feel my son would be safe in your hospital with nurses that are so bold to say such vile inhumane things

If you have any questions about your bill at @BonSecours medical group you cannot get it. I've call 5 times, once a day. Each time I'm told someone will call me back & no one does. They won't let you hold either. Mine is a simple issue but they won't let you talk to anyone. ⬇️

My son got overcharged at an ER visit. He got a refund from @BonSecours in the form of a gift card, with literally no explanation. It doesn't work at grocery stores. So, here's this person who emptied his bank account in an emergency and now he can't spend his own money on food? He says the agent told him it only works for online purchases. AYFKM.

ANYONE know a good Lawyer in Richmond VA to SUE @BonSecours , spent 6 hours at Chester ER and they could not stop nose bleed. I believe it was because they DR's don't have the Experience. then was told to go to different location and I would get to see the ENT Dr's.
