Two funds. Two income strategies. Both paid this week. $ODTE — $0.073333/share $VAIE — $0.081111/share Ex date: 05/28/2026 | Pay date: 05/29/2026 1 The Distribution Rate: The annual rate an investor would receive if the most recent distribution remained the same going forward. The rate represents a single distribution from the fund and does not represent total return to the fund. The distribution rate is calculated by annualizing the most recent distribution and dividing it by the most recent NAV adjusted for corporate actions. 2 Ex-Date: The first day an ETF trades without the right to receive the upcoming distribution. Record Date: The cut-off date set by the company to determine which ETF holders are eligible to receive the distribution. 3 Pay Date: Date on which the distribution is paid to eligible ETF holders. Investing involves risk, including possible loss of principal. Distributed by Foreside Financial Services, LLC. This material must be preceded or accompanied by a prospectus. To view the prospectus for each ETF, visit: VegaSharesETFs.com/ODTE/prospectus or VegaSharesETFs.com/VAIE/prospectus ETF Fund Pages with Standardized Performance: VegaSharesETFs.com/ODTE or VegaSharesETFs.com/VAIE The performance data quoted represents past performance. Past performance does not guarantee future results. The investment return and principal value of an investment will fluctuate so that an investor’s shares, when sold or redeemed, may be worth more or less than their original cost and current performance may be lower or higher than the performance quoted. Standardized performance and performance current to the most recent month-end can be obtained by calling (888) 862-3299 or visiting VegaSharesETFs.com/ODTE or VegaSharesETFs.com/VAIE.

I’m curious 🤔 If you had to pick just ONE ETF for the next 25 years, no switching allowed, which would you choose? $SCHD $SPYI $JEPQ $QQQI $IAUI $XLEI Long-term hold only what are you picking? 👇📊

56% of Americans said they couldn't survive missing even half of a Social Security check. That's from a Nationwide survey of 3,000 adults. Social Security only covers 59% of retirement expenses. The rest comes from savings most people don't have. 78% of current recipients worry it won't be enough. The trust fund runs dry in 2032 according to the CBO. After that, you get 72 cents on every dollar you were promised. 2032 is six years away. You better start investing or get you some income ETFs :)

@elhroz @elhroz great idea and really like how you are thinking about framing the topic. We @VegaSharesETFs have a strong background in Structured Notes and would love to share real-time examples or other insights to help.

I’m planning on writing a series of articles on autocallable structured notes and the surge of new autocall ETFs. Some topics will include costs in notes themselves compared to the ETFs, taxation, etc. Would there be interest in an article that discusses the intuition behind autocallable payoffs? The idea would be to show how autocallables can be broken down into a big stack of features. On the bottom of the stack are a few vanilla option strategies. We’d then show how each extra feature put on the stack creates expected losses for the investor, for which he must be compensated with extra yield. We’d go through a toy example to demonstrate. I think this could add a lot to the more popular discussion of autocallables often being over-priced (aka too low yield), by showing what exactly the yield is for. It will also give a framework for knowing when an investor has “lost” by investing in an autocallable instead of the vanilla option strategies that live at the bottom of the autocallable feature stack. Drop a comment if you would find this interesting, if there are particular angles you think would be interesting to explore, etc.

@life_seinfeld @ArchitectIncome Once you understand how an autocallable structure works, the rest is yada yada yada.. There is value in utilizing an autocall payout for income investors. However, completely agree best to fully understand the benefits and tradeoffs. Let me know where I can help!!

This is how every fund manager describes AUTOCALLABLE. So all you poor people need not buy an autocallable. They are only for us rich people.

Robinhood just gave AI permission to trade your money. $HOOD launched agentic trading today. You connect an AI assistant, tell it your strategy, and it buys and sells stocks for you. No human needed. They also dropped an AI credit card. Your agent shops for you and gets 3% cash back. The trading account is separate from your main portfolio. You set the limits. But still. An AI making trades on your behalf. This is live right now for beta users. Options, crypto, and futures coming next.

“Up 1.92% after the first 45 minutes of the market open 📈 Good days feel great, but the biggest lesson I’ve learned is this: Don’t get too emotional on green days. Don’t panic on red days. The real wealth is built through consistency, patience, and staying invested long enough for compounding to work. Still stacking. Still learning. Still building freedom one share at a time. $AMDY $CHPY $SEMY $NVII $TSII $AMD $SCHD $VOO”
