@OctopusEnergy I emailed back & forth trying to get Octopus to install an EV Charger for 3 months last year before receiving a ‘We’ll get back to you’ email in Nov. Two weeks later, another ‘We’re still working on it’ message. Nothing since.
Plan was to get a Smart Meter at the same time 🤷🏼♂️

If a customer is on a fixed tariff with @OctopusEnergy and they then move to Intelligent Octopus Go, do they stay within the current fixed tariff or move to a new one at new rates?
If they have to start over with a new fixed tariff, is the £25 exit fee payable?

@UPS_UK Package due to be delivered on Monday. Delayed.
Tues am: got time slot - came & went. Delivery changed to 'by the end of the day'. Still nothing.
Wed am: got time slot. Now delivery changed to "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible."

I’ve sent two emails (12th & 28th September) to charging@octopus.energy in relation to the potential installation of an EV Charger but have had no reply.
@OctopusEnergy is our supplier and I’d prefer you carry out the installation, but you’re not giving me much confidence!

This is after a debacle last wknd where I'd booked a 1hr test drive in a new Hybrid Tucson at a more local dealer (again via @Hyundai_UK) only to be told on arrival that they only offer 20 mins & I can only drive a pre-owned 23 plate
Guess I'm not buying a new Hyundai then!

Booked a 24hr test drive of a new Hybrid Tucson for me & my wife via @Hyundai_UK.
Rearranged school run, got up early & drove 1hr to get there for 9am, only to be told by the dealer they don't do 24hr test drives & they only have a plug-in available.
Waste of a morning.

@claires @JackieDefalco Did they claim the second item wasn’t available at the time by any chance?
They’ll then likely ignore you until you purchase the second item again, so they get to charge you for a second delivery.
Well that’s my experience anyways.

@claires I placed an order with you on 26th June but only one of the two items was delivered.
I contacted Customer Services via email about the missing item on 2nd July but have had nothing other than an automated reply.
I sent a DM on here on Friday morning and still nothing.

I can’t believe the amount of people I’ve seen saying this isn’t offside.
It’s offside, it’s black and white.
An inch offside, is still offside.
“Introduce thicker lines,” “don’t allow offsides if it’s less than 3 inches.” Attackers will still be 0.5 inches from the thicker lines… attackers will still be 3.5 inches offside.
If you approve of the rule as a whole, you can’t complain when it’s implemented on tight decisions.
Denmark were unlucky, but they weren’t robbed.
