Bro I am almost 37 and I look like you but with zero anabolics, hormones or peptides. I take literally nothing. You are a touch leaner but imo it’s unhealthy lean. My VO2max is 60 with a RHR of 39. You do not need to take this cocktail of drugs, anabolics and peptides to have a good physique. There is no way that there are no detrimental side effects from turning your body into a chemistry experiment. Just train fucking hard, diet well, and push your VO2 max as high as you can. Taking appetite suppressants is wild… just eat 400 calories fewer per day than you burn. Simple. There is no such thing as a free lunch and every corner you try to cut, you cause an imbalance somewhere. At most, a controlled dose of TRT for 6-9 months is all thats needed to boost yourself, but even then you will be almost producing none of your own T by the end of it so the cycle off has to be managed. Just train hard, eat well, sleep well, and keep stress low.
