Compared to iOS 26.1, the menu animation in the WWDC25 demo feels much more fluid and bouncy.

I will never subscribe to an Adobe plan given their predatory charging practices. I stopped using Adobe products when the subscriptions began. I have worked professionally without Adobe software and using only alternatives that I now own outright copies of and I have never looked back.

@adrielyong That screen shows Personal Hotspot in the Mac’s menu bar. So they’re taking a cellular signal, likely from Starlink satellites.

@nandoprince93 Always the Max. Tried the non-Max, once you go Max and get used to the larger UI, additional screen real estate, and larger battery, I can see no reason to go back that benefits me.

Why does Apple still automatically add this “Sent from my iPhone” to emails in 2025 Why would I want to tell someone that this was sent from an iPhone?

@MasterMike88 @Cartidise Probably a communication issue in the design team if not a bug causing the UI to appear in a way it isn’t designed to.

@Adityapandeydev This happens because the matte finish on the keys wears down with repetitive use. There really isn’t a solution apart from an external keyboard or key cap replacements.

@TheAppleDesign Action button is useful. Camera Control is barely used and in an awkward spot where it gets pressed accidentally in certain scenarios.

1080p or 4K. I think one is too low resolution and the other takes up too much space. I’d love to see a 1440p option some day, just because I don’t buy the terabyte iPhones and because I like nicer quality video. I typically choose 1440p on my dash cameras too.

@BasQuxFoo @aaronp613 I agree with your point and by extension, I don’t think the chargers are causing this and wanted to offer what I thought could be a legitimate cause since your comment about tungsten carbide reminded me of my wedding band. I think this could be getting overlooked.

Just visited an Apple Store and looked at a demo iPhone 17 Pro, these definitely seem like scratches. I don’t see how cleaning fluid would remove this

@aaronp613 I wonder how many of these are caused by finger rings rubbing against the back as opposed to MagSafe chargers like Apple tries to tell us.

@santanaxleigh @GregoryMcFadden The problem, in my opinion, is Apple hasn’t used a soft material like aluminum in iPhones for many years now. Users have grown accustomed to stainless steel and titanium, which can take a greater beating. Aluminum is very malleable, so even light bumps show more surface damage.

I swear to you I have babied this phone, and it already has the paint scratching off, scratch gate is real 😭

This year I am going to go with the black Apple Watch Ultra 3 because I didn’t bother to upgrade last year due to no new features. I’m going with the blue iPhone 17 Pro Max because orange is just too loud. And the AirPods Pro 3 because the new design and better ANC intrigues me.
