The thing that Westerns don’t understand is Islamists do not think the way we do. It’s a death cult. When I was taken to IDF base to see the secret October 7 footage, it opens with a father trying to save his two children from Hamas terrorists gleefully slaughtering civilians. He takes his two children to hide in a shed. Moments later, an Islamist terrorist gleefully throws in a grenade. Later, a child comes out with his eye blown out by shrapnel, soaked in his father’s blood. Weeping, he manages to grab his brother’s hand and escape. I sometimes have nightmares of that child, eye gouged out, hands slick with his father’s blood, escaping through the side yard. Later the Islamist notices he’s gone and smiles at the horror he’s inflicted. It’s the most evil thing I’ve ever seen. Westerners who have never scrambled to run in a bomb shelter from a missile think of Palestinianism like the 1964 civil rights movement. This is a false categorization. The reality is, it’s a death cult that will sacrifice themselves and their children to hurt Jews. They are not rational actors. Once you realize that, you can understand the lengths Israel has to go through just to survive. You can’t make peace with someone who is so obsessed with hurting you, they don’t care if they live or die.

25 years ago today, March 26, 2001, a Palestinian sniper deliberately put a baby in his crosshairs and pulled the trigger. Ten-month-old Shalhevet Pass was in her stroller near a public playground when the sniper’s bullet struck her tiny head, killing her instantly. When her father, Yitzhak, tried to shield his daughter's body, the sniper fired two more times and wounded him in both legs. This terrorist specifically chose a Jewish infant as his target. This was pure, premeditated brutality - the kind Palestinian terrorists have shown again and again by targeting children and even babies in strollers, playgrounds, and bedrooms. It wasn’t collateral damage. It was the point. The timing made it even more grotesque. Just months earlier, at Camp David, Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Barak offered Yasser Arafat a Palestinian state with a capital in East Jerusalem; Arafat walked away without a counteroffer, ignited the Second Intifada, and unleashed a wave of terror that included this monstrous act. The murder of Shalhevet Pass shook Israeli society to its core. An innocent baby in diapers, executed in broad daylight in front of her parents. Memorial candles blanketed the neighborhood. Her mother clung to her daughter’s lifeless body for hours. Making matters even worse, the killer was Mahmud Amru, a member of Tanzim - the armed militia that reports directly to Fatah, the party founded by Arafat and still led today by Mahmoud Abbas. This wasn’t Hamas. This was the “moderate” Palestinian leadership’s own terrorist arm. And here’s the part that exposes the moral rot at the heart of the Palestinian Authority: under its official “pay for slay” policy, the PA has funneled hundreds of thousands of dollars — likely half a million or more over two decades — in monthly salaries and benefits to Amru for murdering a Jewish baby. The more Jews you kill, the bigger the reward. It’s not welfare. It’s blood money, paid straight from the PA budget, incentivizing exactly this kind of savagery. Shalhevet Pass was not a “settler” or a “soldier.” She was a baby. Her only “crime” was being Jewish in the Jewish homeland. Twenty-five years later, the same PA that glorifies her murderer still runs the same system, still funds the same hatred, and still pretends to want peace.

Oscar has become boring: predictable movies, predictable winners, and predictable speeches. That's because there's a formula everyone has to follow in both the movies and the speeches afterward, and the story is no longer what matters. The whole ceremony feels scripted. If you're part of some minority, you're expected to say you're the first person to win an Oscar, even if that isn't true. And you're expected to repeat the mainstream political opinions dictated by the media, even if you don't really agree, or you won't get paid, or worse, you'll get canceled. Those are the unwritten rules of the format.

Another day, another spectacularly horrific Black-on-White murder that no one hears about, that would be the number one story in the world if it were White-on-anyone-else. On February 13, Black 21-year-old Alexander Lamar Banks was driving around, admittedly looking for people to kill, when he spotted a White mom and dad, out for an evening walk, pulling their 3-year-old daughter in a pink wagon in Delta Township, Michigan (77% White, 11% Black). That's when Banks targeted them, accelerating his car in their direction, driving off the road, and smashing through the White family. Banks then exited the vehicle, retrieved a shotgun, and fired multiple rounds, hitting all three family members and killing 3-year-old Harlow Smith. He reloaded the weapon before approaching Harlow's dad and shooting him again at close range. Banks punched the White father in the face and beat him with the shotgun. He then grabbed the White mother by the hair, twisting her head and trying to break her neck when she attempted to intervene. A 72-year-old White woman named Barb Cook saw what was happening and ran toward the murder scene to try to help the family. With his gun empty, Banks smashed 72-year-old Barb repeatedly in the head with it. He hit her with such force that her hair and flesh were later recovered from the muzzle. After beating Barb, Banks dropped the gun and fled. 37-year-old dad Cameron Smith, 33-year-old mom Paige Smith, and 72-year-old Barb Cook all survived the encounter that claimed young Harlow's life. Barb Cook required brain surgery and facial reconstruction, and went into a coma (as of the most recent update, she remains in that coma). Now, we wait to see how easy the system goes on Alexander Lamar Banks when it's inevitably determined that he was “not in the right state of mind” and has the IQ of speed bump. To recap, a Black psychopath quite literally hunted a White family, in public, in the light of day, running them down with his vehicle before shooting them repeatedly and savagely beating them in someone's front yard, killing a 3-year-old, then bludgeoning an unrelated 72-year-old grandma into a coma, and virtually no one knows, or will ever know, that any of this happened. But everyone on Earth knows that a White girl said a magic word on a Minnesota playground last year.
