Why are you assuming Carlos won't need the best of 26 Ghanaians across the globe and he will need only 23 and do anything with the rest of the 3. What's is that assumption based on? The way we are behaving like in a SQUAD of 26 players, we cannot find 3 Ghana-based players good enough to supplant their Azerbaijani-based colleagues is wild for me. Not as starters, but squad players. But, it is nobody's fault than all of us for what our footy has become.

But let even say this, this is probably the least talented Black Stars team that will be going to the World Cup. The fact that we won't have an exceptional 18 man squad is the reason why everyone one of the 26 players will matter.
There is no room for squad players in tournaments.

How are you of all ppl debating that in every large team there will core members & players who provide depth aka squad players? If you have Messi, Maradona & Kudus in a 26-man team, Kudus will be a squad player. Not bcos he is bad, but bcos the other 2 are superior. 🤷🏾♂️
