@BoyPeater @kaiserSauze76 @hov992 @BerbarianWizard @PGC1a_RB @justtruth19 Nigga, the brand name is literally written on the device

I keep seeing this tweet in my timeline.
Whether it’s healthy or not is a skill issue. The dish isn’t the problem. If you cook it, you control the ingredients. In restaurants, the priority is taste, not health.
- The bun can be sourdough instead of standard refined bread (better fermentation, easier digestion).
- The steak can be a lean cut (~5%) if the goal is fat loss.
- The cheese can be low-fat. Good options exist now (e.g. Eatlean).
- The sauces. Ketchup is fine. Mayo can be made with MCT oil, which is rapidly oxidized and doesn’t require carnitine, so it doesn’t interfere with glucose oxidation like long-chain fats.
- Fries can be air-fried or oven-baked instead of cooked in seed oils.

What’s this logic 😭?

Idk if this proves anything, but the highest my thyroid ever tested on labs was when I was using it sublingually and spread throughout the day in very small doses. 8mcg drop every hour. (Idealabs Tyronene)
T3 over twice the reference range and TSH basically zero (<0.005)
Haven't been able to replicate the same results even with very high doses cynomel taken orally.

Sci-Hub is an evil website that pirated 85M+ research papers and made them freely available
And now they've added AI to their database to make Sci-Bot.
It answers your questions using latest, full-text articles.
But DO NOT use it. We should all try to make billion-dollar academic publishers richer.
I'm putting the link below so you know how to avoid it.

Anyone with cognitive issues should be integrating Camel milk.
I’ve been helping mothers with autistic children integrate for over a decade…
Eye contact improves
Verbal function improves
Focus improves
Brain inflammation improves
Digestion improves
Wonderful for Alzheimer’s, epileptics & Brain injury as well. Also helps thicken hair & nails.
Look for it fresh milk in Arab & International markets. It’s a common household product with us.

Camel milk is the most underrated dairy source - About 30% of the lactose of cow milk - Higher in omega-3 and short chain fats - Digestible A2 casein (similar to goat) - More calcium, iron, and vitamin C - Near 1:1 Ca/P ratio - 30-65% of the thiamine RDI per 100ml

I believe a man named Hans Asperger made a similar observation in the 1940's
__eloise__@dundereloise
I've sometimes noticed that some nerdy men who have never met each other have astonishingly similar mannerisms. It kind of seems like mannerisms are not just learned, but an emergent property of certain kinds of brains.

@tpotasuka My dad dragged me to a cabin for a week when I was 14. First time experiencing total darkness at night. No Nintendo, nothing to do. It reset my brain, because I found random book someone left behind (Everyone Worth Knowing) and I finished it in a two days. It was a chick book 😂

you don't need "dopamine sources"
you need the right differential/the right gradient
wanna reset your dopaminergic system?
stare at a wall over hours
no phone, no notifications, no computer
just wall
do this for 2-3 days
consider proper food/sleep/hydration
🤠@heavensbvnny
What are great sources of dopamine that don't involve eating, drinking, inhaling or injecting anything. Note: please don't say exercise .🫠

@BoyPeater @MetabolicCowboy can apparently be an allergen, i’m not too sure though, my reply was more a question tbh.
