I hate to say “I told ya so,” but I did. For years. Now everyone’s eyes are open. What is it they say about the one eyed man..? So…Tucker’s latest idea of America First is:   Kamala is president. Iran has nuclear ballistic missiles. Russia dictates the global order.   He has never met a US adversary he won’t defend. Tucker is not loyal to anything but his bank account. And shame on the people giving him the engagement and views he needs to keep the grift going. For God’s sake stop pretending that “doing your own research” means regurgitating podcast bros and Tucker and Candace. This amazing American experiment only survives if the People want it to. Civic duty isn’t just participating, it is participating with thoughtful intention and critical thinking. I wont stop fighting. I’m glad so many others are finally awake and fighting alongside me now. But there are always first wave casualties, and I was one of them. So be it. Someone had to. Someone has to be the first to cross the beachhead. I will always rest easy knowing I fought back before it was popular.

Today, the FBI joins the nation in remembering the victims of the 1995 bombing of the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City. The blast destroyed most of the nine-story building, injuring hundreds of people and taking the lives of 168, making it the deadliest act of homegrown terrorism in U.S. history. The FBI immediately responded to help, and the lessons learned shaped our approach to terrorism investigations in the years that followed. Learn more at fbi.gov/history/famous….

The CEO of the ADL, Jonathan Greenblatt, says he is in the process of having all of Nick Fuentes’ supporters and accounts banned from Instagram and Facebook due to “hate speech.” He says only he can decide who Americans are allowed to listen to and watch. “We found hundreds of his accounts that continue to push out his videos.”

The year is 1950. Your doctor lights a cigarette and tells you smoking is fine. He read it in a study. He is telling the truth about having read it. He does not know, or is not saying, that the study was funded by the tobacco industry. The year is 1958. Your doctor tells you to eat less fat. The evidence is contested. The contestation is not in the public messaging. The food industry has been helpful in clarifying which findings deserve attention. Some researchers who published contradictory data have been quietly defunded. Ancel Keys is on the cover of Time magazine. The year is 1962. Your doctor prescribes thalidomide to your pregnant wife for morning sickness. It has been approved. The FDA gave it the green light in Europe. Twelve thousand children will be born with severe limb malformations before anyone in an official capacity acknowledges the problem. The families are told the drug was safe. The drug was approved. Both of these things remain true. The year is 1972. Your doctor prescribes Valium. Britain is in the grip of a benzodiazepine wave that will last two decades. The dependency risk is known internally. It is not shared. Your doctor is not lying to you. He was not told either. The year is 1999. Your doctor prescribes Vioxx for your arthritis. It is newer than ibuprofen, well-tolerated, and Merck has a study showing it works. Merck also has internal data suggesting it roughly doubles the risk of heart attack. This data will not reach your doctor for four more years. Fifty thousand people are estimated to have died in the interim. Merck eventually settles for 4.85 billion dollars. No criminal charges are brought. The year is 2002. Your doctor prescribes OxyContin. Purdue Pharma trained its sales representatives to tell doctors the addiction risk was less than one percent. That figure came from a letter, not a study. The letter was about patients with terminal cancer on short-term doses in hospital settings. Your doctor is a GP with a patient who has a bad back. Nobody draws a distinction. Nobody is required to. The year is 2008. Your doctor checks your cholesterol. Your LDL is elevated. You are prescribed a statin. Nobody mentions that the number needed to treat for primary prevention is approximately 250. Nobody mentions that the muscle deterioration you'll notice over the next two years is listed as a rare side effect rather than a documented pattern affecting a meaningful percentage of patients. The trial that informed the prescription was funded by the manufacturer. Now it is today. Your doctor has new guidelines. New studies. New consensus. He is confident. He has always been confident. The confidence has never been the problem. The confidence is, in fact, precisely the problem.

POTUS is laying out two courses of action—a negotiated settlement, or a major escalation. There is a third option, and he should take it: recognize there is no way to force a positive outcome and simply leave. The region is not ours to fix. President Reagan chose this path in Lebanon in ‘84, withdrawing U.S. forces after the Beirut barracks bombing once it became clear the mission’s stabilization goals could not be met, effectively ending direct American military involvement and avoiding a deeper quagmire and long-term entrenchment in the region. A negotiated settlement is unlikely to work or be taken seriously by the Iranians unless we make concessions on the enrichment issue. As we saw yesterday in the SOH, the IRGC is empowered to act without the consent of the civilian leadership, so it’s likely they won’t honor any deal reached. A major escalation will lead to a very destructive outcome for Iran, the region, and eventually the U.S. If POTUS chooses brute force and targets civilian infrastructure, we will create another generation of radicalized Iranians who will rally around the regime and escalate the war by any means possible. If POTUS opts to strike the civilian infrastructure, declare victory, and then leave, we will only further erode our standing in the world, the petrodollar, and eventually our status as the world’s reserve currency holder. We need to get out now. Don’t double down on failure. Avoid the sunken cost trap, leave now, and put America’s interests first.

@pryorsherrie @DeborahBHint @RealCandaceO Why are you a broken record? They haven’t even done the preliminary hearing yet to determine probably cause. The prosecution wants the death penalty if they win, and the defense wants life in prison if they lose. This has nothing to do with the defense making a case for innocence

Tyler Robinson's defense is making a perfectly reasonable request to be granted a continuance because the ATF and FBI will not hand over files they have had since September. Erika's lawyers are fighting this continuance—they want the preliminary hearing to go forward. They claim they have enough circumstantial evidence, and they plan to object to some of the discovery requests anyway. Why would they object to the discovery requests? Why would they want the case to go forward without the FBI and ATF having produced the DNA data and chain of custody pertaining the very videos they plan to present at the probably cause hearing? This is outrageous. This case SHOULD NOT GO FORWARD until the defense is given the discovery that Kash Patel is withholding.

@BradJacobson @DeborahBHint @RealCandaceO The prosecutor is seeking the death penalty. Tyler's defense team is arguing for life. The prosecutor has enough evidence for the execution of Tyler. His defense team isn't arguing his innocence.

@pryorsherrie @DeborahBHint @RealCandaceO Because this isn’t the trial of Tyler Robinson. It’s not even the preliminary hearing to establish probable cause. Your inability to understand that clarifies why your original assertion that Tyler “definitely did it” is so whacky.

@BradJacobson @DeborahBHint @RealCandaceO The court has everything. How come Tyler's defense isn't proving that Tyler didn't do it? The prosecutor is pursuing the death penalty and the defense team is asking for life. If the defense team has proof Tyler was anywhere but on that roof why haven't they shown it?

@BradJacobson @DeborahBHint @RealCandaceO I've seen some of it. There were multiple cameras and very little has been shared but there is a video of him running across the roof after he assassinated Charlie. The prosecutor has enough evidence to pursue the death penalty. Tyler assassinated Charlie, no doubt about it.

Candace viciously mocks Erika: “People online- they’re just saying that they want me to die! I’m just so overwhelmed, Mr. Vice President…*Dab, dab, dab – no tears*…I just don’t want my kids to be an orphan, Mr. Vice President!” This is coming from the woman who has CAUSED the death threats that could very realistically orphan Erika’s kids. If this doesn’t turn your stomach, then you’re given over to the same spirit that has afflicted Candace. There just aren’t adequate words for how dark this woman’s soul has become.

Nobody in the "credentialed class" ever thought any American President could get the Strait of Hormuz opened. Dozens tried, yet they all failed: until now. Trump somehow did it. I never thought I'd live to see the day when the Strait of Hormuz was OPEN to movement of oil.
Mehek Cooke🇺🇸@MehekCooke

Every foreign policy genius who spent a decade collecting paychecks to tell us Iran was untouchable just watched a real estate developer from Queens reopen the waterway that moves a third of the world's oil. The credential class should be embarrassed into silence.
