But here’s the worst part — they still sent our luggage on the flight to Jeddah without us. The flight even landed early. So they had time. They had our bags. But chose not to help a vulnerable passenger. Do better, BA.

Absolutely shocked by @British_Airways. We missed boarding at Heathrow by minutes because my uncle, who has dementia, became disoriented and got lost in the airport. They refused to help or show any discretion.

What is the point of @GWRHelp having a timetable if they leave 2 minutes early? Reading to Oxford. 0749 left the 0747. Those running (due to a delay caused by your other train) and arriving on the platform at 0758 had no chance.
