@rdce80 Why would previous sales matter, surely those that have already sold are not in the portfolio anymore ? We bought a bulk-batch of 168 names, 26 considered 'good' (5 sold so far), 19 so-so (8 enquiries, no sales yet) most of the 100+ others are junk/getting dropped at renewal.

@AGreatDomain No. Although there are (in most places) additionsl options / rules for companies which are actually 'international".

Is there a legal mechanism for an organization to incorporate, but not under the laws of any country, i.e. internationally? (not looking for detailed advice on process, just wondering if it is even possible)

@KenLin1985 If your offer is close (90% ish) to their listed price, then yes they will discount a little, and if buying several you can get a reduction - I think we had about 15% off when purchasing 4 names for a client.

Does anyone know if HugeDomains' inventory is negotiable? If so, who should I contact? I'm interested in buying one of their domains, but the price is a bit higher than I expected. I have bought a few domains from them previously, but all at their Buy It Now prices.

@Aizenx115 The domain will not be eligable for inter-registrar transfer for 60 dats after reg, so if sold all you can do is let buyer 'use' it by getting their nameservers

Since it's my first time on Afternic and the domain is only 24 days old, there are still 30 to 60 days left for the transfer. I copied the auth code from my Porkbun account and unlocked the domain. Is this the right method, or do I need to wait until the full 60 days?

A logo can be an effective way to present a name, but I think for most buyers 'logo included' does not add much value. Is there anything that could reasonably be included free with a domain name that would be valued by many buyers? Go ⤵️

@DomainJames @Sedo Guessing 99USD is their suggested price/reserve ? Even that is 20+ dollars more than those names generally sell for wholesale on other platforms.

@stats_feed But the concept/culture of tipping is totally out of control in the USA - the *self-service* tills in CVS asking for 15 - 20 - 25% tips when paying !

@stats_feed What country is the bill generated in ? Does it already include bogus taxes/service-charges ? Did I get a good service ? If that's US for a couple of coffees and a slice of cake, i'll 39.28 on the card + based on actual service level received leave 1 or 2 $5 notes.

@TonyNames It's not so much what you buy or what you pay, but whether it can be sold/rented ( and then at what price ) - too many #domain discussions focus on the buy rather than the sell. If you're mostly buying what you have is an expensive collecting hobby 🙃

@kreativedomainz In conjunction with the pluralised version, if you could reduce CPC/as cost by optimising - certainly could be monetised - exact match terms like that work great as the URLs on FB adverts.
