I can’t wait for Erika Kirk to sue TF out of Candace Owens. I spoke to a husband and wife lawyer couple I know and we were talking about everything going on with Candace attacking Erika and why she hasn’t sued her yet. They both said that they are sure that Erika and her people are documenting everything, but if they were Erika’s lawyers they would tell her to wait for the case against Charlie’s killer to go through so once that is over they will have a absolute slam dunk case against her. This way it won’t risk the case against her husbands killer. Once that trial is over with and the factual information from the trial is out there it can be used against Candace in a lawsuit to show the deceit on Candace’s part. The murder case is more important than anything.

Everything is the reverse course that Charlie took. They cry about jokes. They are pro-DEI. They attempted to lie about his shifting views on Israel. They are either indifferent, supportive or feign ignorance on Charlie’s strong position against war in Iran. They secure scenes, preserve chain of custody, restrict evidence release, and control investigative integrity specifically to prevent contamination, misinformation, and interference. You are interpreting standard investigative procedure as proof of conspiracy because you started with the emotional conclusion first and worked backwards from there. That is called confirmation bias. And Candace Owens has mastered weaponizing it. The most revealing line in your entire post is this: “Owens doesn’t know what happened.” Correct. Thank you for finally admitting it. Because for months her audience has treated insinuation as revelation, speculation as journalism, and emotional certainty as proof. You say she “cares about the truth.” Wonderful. There is no credible evidence that Charlie selected her, other than a single audio clip that sounds AI-generated. @TPUSA has been asked to release video of the announcement, donors who were present say it never happened. Turning Point refuses to release the video.
