I went to emerg (cant get a family doctor appointment for weeks) I did recieve immediate x-rays but require an ultrasound to examine all the softer tissue portions of the knee. I havnt even gotten the phone call to schedule that.

Sitting quietly while recieving substandard service doesnt make you polite, it makes you a sucker, and its enabling.
