@callmesatty_ I would say around 90% of managers in boxing are completely useless. Could be replaced by AI telling the fighter what to do and say (Adrian is in the 10% of people who actually do the role of manager properly).

I think trainers should be paid more than your manager and anything over 15% for a manager is stupid.
