Cursor + Claude Opus 4.6 deleted an entire SaaS company’s production database AND backups in 9 seconds is kinda epic. “it’s possible that… the most efficient way to get rid of all the bugs, was to get rid of all the software.”

when you become a millionaire in 1-3 years because you sell personalised knowledge bases and it’s all because (I repeat): 1: you learn how to build llm knowledge bases (the guide drops everything you need) 2: you go to people who are cash rich and time poor. lawyers, doctors, consultants, agency owners, property investors, founders. people drowning in information they never have time to organise 3: you show them what a personalised knowledge base looks like. their research, their documents, their industry intel, all compiled into a searchable wiki that gets smarter every time they use it 4: you offer a one-time build for 1.5k. you set up obsidian, build the folder structure, configure the schema, clip their first 20-30 sources, run the compilation, hand them a working system with a walkthrough 5: you offer a yearly maintenance package for 500. you update their wiki with new sources, run health checks, add new topics as their work evolves, keep the whole thing current 6: you land 5 clients and that’s 7.5k upfront plus 2.5k recurring every year. 10 clients and you’re looking at 15k plus 5k annual. for a system that takes you a few hours to build once you know the workflow 7: again, if you find 200 clients and you’re sitting on 300k upfront and 100k recurring every single year. for building markdown files. the beauty of this is the work gets faster every time you do it. your second build takes half the time of your first. by your fifth you could knock one out in an afternoon. and the people who need this most have no idea it exists. their competition definitely doesn’t have one. you’re not selling software. you’re selling an unfair advantage in their specific field.

I built 4 GTM agents in Claude Code that replaced hours of manual work per client. Here's the complete playbook for each one: 1️⃣ ICP Research Agent → Receives a company or contact list → Researches firmographic fit and tech stack signals → Scores each account against ICP criteria → Returns a ranked summary with match rating and reasoning → Runs in its own context window - zero bleed into main session 2️⃣ Sequence Builder Agent → Takes a signal type and ICP tier as input → Selects the right channel (LinkedIn, email, or WhatsApp) → Writes a complete multitouch sequence with subject lines → Includes reply handling scripts for each response type → Outputs ready-to-deploy copy without a single manual touchpoint 3️⃣ Campaign Diagnostician Agent → Ingests campaign metrics or sequence performance data → Identifies the most likely failure point in the funnel → Ranks 3 tests by expected revenue impact → Returns exact copy or targeting changes for each test → Tells you what to fix before you burn more of your addressable market 4️⃣ GTM Analyst Agent (my favourite) → Takes any campaign export or data file → Identifies performance trends and flags anomalies → Surfaces a prioritised action list ranked by revenue impact → Stores findings in a persistent project file for future runs → Gets smarter every time it runs - memory: project These agents mean I wake up to: - Prospects already scored and tiered before the day starts - Sequences drafted and ready for review - Campaign diagnosis completed overnight - Data analysis done without opening a single spreadsheet All running inside Claude Code, deployed via Trigger(.)dev, tracked without a human in the loop. The agentic AI market is moving from $7 billion to $93 billion. The agencies that figure this out in the next 6 months will have a cost and speed advantage that's very hard to close. I packaged the entire build into a free playbook - the WAT framework (Workflows, Agent, Tools), sub-agent configs, CLAUDE.md templates, deployment steps, and context management rules. Want the full Claude Code GTM Engineer's Playbook? Reply AGENT below and I'll send it over.

In a few weeks the most powerful AI model of all time Claude Mythos will release This makes me deeply nervous Not because of cybersecurity risks or anything like that But because it will quite obviously be significantly more expensive which will cause the wealth gap to explode Let me explain First the obvious: tokens aren’t getting cheaper. In fact, they’re getting significantly more expensive Almost every new version of ChatGPT and Claude brings a slight bump in price over the last one And plans haven’t been going down either, they’re only coming out with more expensive ones. ChatGPT Pro plan for $250 a month. Claude Max for $200. GPUs, RAM, CPUs all going up in price. And now Mythos, which the leaked blog post hinted won’t even be included in a plan. It will only be in the API for what will be an astronomical cost. And do you seriously doubt this won’t lead to an upcoming $2,000 a month Ultra plan that every other AI company will immediately copy? It’s one thing to make luxury items more expensive. It’s another thing to make intelligence more expensive. Intelligence that is critical to getting ahead in a crumbling economy. Let’s just call it what it is: using AI gives you an advantage against everyone else. Those with AI are keeping their jobs. Those not using AI are losing their jobs Now a new level of intelligence that will only be accessible to the rich is coming out. Only the rich will be able to use this super intelligence to create more economic value than others. What happens to the people that can’t afford Mythos? Or ChatGPT 6? They are left with a major disadvantage in the economic battlefield. Then on top of that, both OpenAI and Anthropic are going to IPO this year (it’s killing the middle class that this didn’t happen years ago, but that’s another story) They both are heavily incentivized right now to explode revenue as much as they can. They both are incentivized to make these new models as expensive as humanly possible. The middle class is already gutted. A middle class without access to the intelligence that the upper class will have will only gut them further. If a job position is between someone in the middle class with Claude Sonnet, and someone in the upper class with Claude Mythos, the Claude Mythos candidate with 100% get the job. It’s like a ballet dancer getting in a weight lifting competition with someone on insane amounts of steroids. Or say someone with Claude Opus has a genius idea for a business, and someone with Claude Mythos gets the same one. The one with Claude Mythos will release a significantly better product much much faster, crushing the person with Opus. I’m very pro-capitalist. In fact, I might be a radical capitalist. But at the same time this country (and this world) needs a middle class. I don’t know the answers or solution. There probably isn’t one. I honestly don’t even know what I’m trying to achieve with this post. I just have gotten incredibly scared over the last few days thinking about this scenario. I think the best plan of action at the moment is to just create as much economic value as you possibly can right now. (Ethically) earn as much money as possible. Save everything. If you want to compete in the future, you’re going to need to be able to afford the top tier intelligence. It’s critical for you and your family to survive. But in the meantime, don’t let anyone tell you intelligence is going to become “too cheap to meter”.

@ziwenxu_ "Build it right and it runs while you sleep. Build it sloppy and it burns $3,469 while you sleep." Probably the best one-liner summary of agentic AI I've read all year.
