Fuck it
100 retweets and i‘ll drop the EXACT method
I‘m only doing this because I moved away from ecom
ceo.mika@ceodotmika
I think its about time that I say that 30% of my lifetime ecom profit has been generated by monetizing what‘s happening AFTER the sale And no I don’t mean emails That has literally been my edge all along And none of y’all are thinking outside the box when it comes to backend

I’ve filtered down 150 CRO hacks that solve 90% of the CRO issues I see over and over again in client stores.
If you’re missing these on your site and trying to optimize somewhere else?
BIG Mistake
Here's how I built this list (actually, a bigger one) that helped my clients make an extra +$50k per month :
1/ As a CRO expert, I didn’t want to waste time hunting down the same errors with every new client.
Before this checklist, I was:
- Wasting 2+ days per client rebuilding the same CRO list from data
- Sometimes forgetting the most crucial basic tests
- Repeating the same audits manually
That’s why I made this checklist.
2/ I sat down and went through every CRO test I had used, studied, or bookmarked over the past few years.
- Spent 10+ hours digging through client work and test results
- Reviewed 400+ CRO ideas from past audits and playbooks
- Kept only what worked across multiple stores
- Added notes from real wins (and fails), not from theory
Every test was a datapoint for this checklist.
3/ I didn’t want this to be another bloated list full of “nice-to-haves.” So I've filtered for only the core tests. I had to create a system to filter them.
- Prioritized tests by impact, clarity, and ease of use
- Cut anything that didn’t show consistent results
- Focused only on what’s repeatable across stores
The goal was to make every test worth my time.
4/ I trimmed the list, but 150 tests is still a lot. I needed a way to find the right ones fast.
So I turned the raw list into a practical tool:
- Organized everything by page type: from homepage to checkout
- Added test status labels so it’s easy to manage
- Added a quick-start guide so I could jump in without overthinking it
It was finally something I could use fast, share easily, and trust to work.
5/ I use this on every client project. It’s so reliable, I trained my AI agent to follow it. Now I’ve packaged it all into a plug-and-play system you can start using today.
- CRO Checklist for every page
- User guide for simplicity of use
- Easily worth $5,000+ in consulting fees
If you want to save 40+ hours of trial and error and focus on tests that can add $50K/month, this checklist is for you.
For the next 24 hours, it's free.
Why 24 hours? Because I don't want my competitor to have it.

Huel is a $500M DTC machine.
But most people have no clue how well-oiled their funnel actually is.
So we broke it down.
Here’s what’s inside:
✅ Ads
✅ Product Page
✅ Cart
✅ Checkout

just built a custom GPT that generates high-converting product titles in seconds
it’s trained on:
- google’s title best practices
- formats that consistently drive clicks
- our internal SOPs used to scale brands like Snow, Craftd, Agemate, Frank Body.
this isn’t some generic “write me a title” prompt
it’s engineered to think like a Google Ads specialist.
how it works:
just drop your product info, and you’ll get 10 titles built for your specific industry

Rhode just sold for $1B. We unpacked the funnel that made it happen.
That’s under 36 months from launch. A brand that started with three SKUs that did 8 figures in 11 days.
As soon as the acquisition news broke, we dropped everything to reverse-engineer the funnel behind the billion-dollar deal.
From Hailey’s GRWM to CRO-optimised landing pages, every layer of the brand was built to convert and compound.
We broke it down, and here’s what we found:
- Launch funnel that did 8 figures in 11 days
- Waitlist mechanics that crossed 1M+
- Founder-led content that didn’t feel like ads, it felt *personal*
- UGC flywheel of GRWMs, try-ons, and testimonials across paid + organic
- Whitelisting strategy using Hailey’s content without ever looking “paid”
- Still-life statics that stopped scrolls (croissants, iced coffee, glazed skin)
- Landing pages designed to turn trend-chasers into confident buyers
- Email + SMS flows optimised for high LTV
- Meta + Google ads that matched aesthetic with performance
All with minimal outside capital. Hailey self-funded early, brought in strategic PE quietly, and scaled fast without relying on a big paid engine.
$212M revenue engine with the #1 EMV in skincare for 2024.
And now... a billion-dollar exit.
