This is the same woman who was arrested the other day after conning Kenyans of over KSh 11 million by promising to send them abroad. One lady alone was scammed of over KSh 700,000, which she was told would be used to take her to the USA.The cases were taken to Kasarani Police Station, but it appears the OCS there knows this woman personally.
