@googlefiber I was so excited - San Antonio was getting Google Fiber! 2-Years ago. Recently, I got word you were coming to my neighborhood! So excited! I waited eagerly for my scheduled install. The day arrived but sadly to dismay! I want to believe you can do better than this.

@FRS_Babe @chrisanemone @fruitstandtales @GeniusAdmn In our Genius training we talked about being called into court and being legally allowed to use our notes in those cases. So, I would always use GR Notes to record what had been discussed with customer if not outright disclosing options discussed in the work authorization.

@fruitstandtales My advice, it worked for me! And what I mean by worked for me was it gave me a really meaningful job post-Apple. A career experience was what I needed to open my eyes as well as the eyes of others around me on what I was capable of. Win-win.

@fruitstandtales Working for Apple for 4 years has given me such a better appreciation for the right way and the right time to convey my displeasure as a customer. But then I realized Dwight K. Schrute already discovered it with "Would an Idiot do that? And if he would, I don't do that thing."

@Creative_Rants I said "how are you" not "how are you for reals" no one goes full "for reals" bro. Save that crap for Facebook. Acceptable answers are "Good" "Alright alright alright" and maybe "Fine." But nothing we couldn't walk away from in 10 seconds flat.

@blkstick I’d always tel the customer “if you had a great experience my name is Brendon...if you had a bad experience [insert Managers or Leads name of choice].

@FRS_Babe @fruitstandtales @blkstick I had one in the GR for an iPhone 5 ...we only had to clear out of GR for 30 minutes. It only affected our TAT like a lot.
