I own multiple rental properties. Between tenant turnover, repairs, evictions, increased property taxes, and rising insurance my stock portfolio outperformed all 3 combined. By a mile... Rental properties are not worth the headache. Don't be fooled by the furu's telling you it's amazing passive income.

So an IDIQ is basically the gov saying we have a right to order any amount at any time up to this dollar figure. They may never tap that resource though. It’s like opening a line of credit you may never use. I’ve seen $600m IDIQ awards where the gov ordered a total of six figs in actual work over a 5 year span.

Why would they need to show it? I he was arrested charge and probably still in custody. If that was a white man doing it, he would be released on bail and chillin at home. Most protest by blacks are done because no justice is being given and people are out on bail and shouldn’t be.

🚨SHOCKING FOOTAGE: A black man sets FIRE to a homeless white man sleeping in a stairwell in Manhattan New York. The main stream media isn't going to show you this but if the races were reversed, it would be all over the news! The victim passed away from his injuries two weeks after this video. Nathaniel Terry was the black man and was arrested the same day and charged with attempted m*rder, assault, and arson.

NEW: The Harris County judge who went viral for berating an IT worker, filed for bankruptcy last year. Harris County Civil Court Judge Nathan Milliron filed for Chapter 13 bankruptcy last May, according to KPRC 2. According to court records, Milliron's case was dismissed in June 2025 after he failed to comply with required filings. He reportedly had nearly $70,000 in debt, owing $30,000 to Amex and other balances to Chase, Discover, and Bank of America. "When a bankruptcy case is dismissed in federal court, the debtor is still legally responsible for their debts," KPRC 2 reported. "In this case, the court specifically cited Milliron’s failure to resolve deficiencies, meaning he did not comply with court orders, as the reason for dismissal." Video: @DuBoseDefense

NEW: Judges are speaking out after Harris County Judge Nathan Milliron went viral for berating an IT worker who was trying to help him. Milliron has served on the bench since January 2025. Some judges off-camera are speaking out, saying the IT staffer is "helpful and well-liked," noting that he helps judges with a variety of issues in the courtrooms. Retired judge Mike Schneider says a judge's conduct can be reported to the State Commission on Judicial Conduct. Judge Rabeea Collier has also released a statement to ABC 13 following the incident: "We are aware of the concerns raised regarding recent widely circulated footage involving a member of our Civil Division. "The conduct of everyone serving in the judicial system must reflect the professionalism, respect, and impartiality that the public rightly expects." "While it would be inappropriate to comment on specific matters that may be subject to review, I want to assure the public that we take these concerns seriously." ... "There are established procedures to address concerns about judicial conduct, and those processes exist to ensure fairness, accountability, and due consideration of all relevant facts..."

This isn’t a small deal. Restaurant Depot is where most mom & pop restaurants go to buy inventory because Sysco is so expensive. Restaurant Depot was privately owned. Sysco is owned by… you guessed it, BlackRock & Vanguard. Now private equity can control pricing for food costs with zero competition. Just like they did with housing. This should be an anti-trust violation, but we have politicians that work for Big Corp, not us.
Jonathan Maze@jonathanmaze

Notable deal in distribution this morning. Sysco is buying Restaurant Depot for $29 billion. Plans to expand RD more aggressively. It gives Sysco a huge entry into cash-and-carry and a large number of independent restaurant customers. restaurantbusinessonline.com/financing/sysc…

@EXM7777 the analysis layer becoming free is the real story here. I run 5 products solo with an AI agent doing ops 24/7 on a Mac Mini. the expensive part was never analysis — it was knowing what questions to ask. agencies that survive will sell judgment, not reports.

Meta spent $2 billion on Manus AI and shipped it inside Ads Manager in 7 weeks... fastest product integration in Meta history right now you type "why did my ROAS drop 18% last month" and Manus investigates across your data, pulls competitor activity from the Ad Library, and returns structured findings the analysis layer alone does what agencies bill $10K/month for... and 4 million advertisers have access under the Tools menu without knowing it's there it has never been easier to run ads
