MacArthur was right: we don't hate unbelievers. Because of the gospel, we love them and see them as our mission field.

@ProvisionistP elect( Rom.5:8-9, 1 Jhn.4:10). His love is meaningful. It takes action, it is effective in accomplishing its purpose the salvation of all the elect. If God loves someone but they still go to hell, then the love of God is completely meaningless and ineffective.

@ProvisionistP not man. God only loves the elect. That love was set on them in eternity past and is unchanging. God can never not love His elect. Sending Christ in order to propitiate God’s wrath against their sin was the biggest demonstration of love that God has had towards His……..

If God loves everyone (and He does) why wouldn’t we tell people the TRUTH by saying, “God loves YOU”?
