@BushbyDD @easyJet Exactly the same has happened to me. Requested voucher - they replied to same email adddress stating it was the wrong email address for the booker - although all booking was done through that same email address. Can’t get any response other than automated answer ☹️

@easyJet Applied to receive the voucher for future flights, got an email today saying we supplied incorrect details, checked and double checked, we definitley gave the correct details. Have emailed flightchsnge@easyjet again to check it again but will I get a reply?

@easyJet Received email for voucher. Replied to it then got another email stating you can’t send the voucher as it has to be sent to the email that was used for the booking. It was from the email address that you sent the option of a voucher ?!?
