@FrankLuntz Buttipied-the USA does not want the 6 major cities deciding the President. Have you looked at those cities and States. No thank you. The rest of us are sane.

@hell_line0 Because homeschooling is educational. Public schooling is indoctrination and is losing its appeal. It’s not every school. Some are run by reasonable people… but there is too much tolerance for political and gender ideologies and that’s not education.

The fact that Americans can just not send their kids to school and call it that “homeschooling” is crazy to me.

@YourBetsSuc @AlexGaKill46 @dylan15150 Well that means Coors is broken because irl Coors exit velocity are middle of the pack. The ball flies a bit farther on the same exit velocity at coors vs other parks. So at high levels you want a broken park?

This is the worst game I’ve ever played in my entire life. Huge rant incoming: New update is horrendous, lying to our faces pre launch about pci shrinking and doubling down on it when no one wants it in, only 1 playable stadium after YEARS of your community begging you to fix elevations for stadiums or to at least bring back old Shippet and Laughing Mountain, Hader glitch still in the game after a year and a half and now MICHAEL KING has it, nerfed every good way to make stubs, made Battle Royale completely useless, STADIUM NIGHT AND DAY GLITCHES IN FRIENDLIES STILL BEING A THING AFTER 4 YEARS, contact hitters still are completely useless after 9 years, freeze offs still exist, worst servers I have ever seen in any video game ever, pitches warping for EVERY pitcher still, ONE content drop per week instead of 2, NO WEEKLY ROSTER UPDATES, CHEATERS THAT HAVE BEEN BLATANTLY CHEATING FOR 3 YEARS LIKE VAUD AND COUNTLESS OTHERS HAVE STILL NOT GOTTEN BANNED LIKE HELLO????? and COUNTLESS other things. WHAT ARE THEY DOING ALL DAY????? LISTEN TO YOUR COMMUNITY PLEASE @MLBTheShow

@AlexGaKill46 @dylan15150 What does "best" even mean? Does baseball not work in Daikin? Does the ball phase through the middle of the green monster? And by the very definition of the word best there can only be one. I don't play at coors because I don't like it.

@dylan15150 I’ve tried every stadium in the game and they are unplayable besides MAYBE shippett but even that plays like ass a lot of times. Coors is the best and it’s not close.

Heard that POTUS is seriously considering drawing down the number of US military we have stationed in Germany. For decades, I've questioned why we, as a nation, felt responsible for protecting countries in Europe when they brag about how noble they are providing elaborate social services to their citizens and immigrants. We can save billions if we pull back and let the EU pick up the slack. How do you feel about closing US Military installations in Europe?

@JoshFerme My lord you folks in the comments are dumb. It's about having your locket room that's only yours next to the field. It's having your own facility that isn't shared. They are currently sharing. That's what this fixes.

@DirtbaggeryBR One of the writers' conventions I attended just after publishing my first book, I had the huge honour of meeting Timothy Zahn. He's a lovely man, but I'll never forget how surprised he was that I knew who he was. To me, he's no less vital a part of Star Wars than Hayden or Ewan.

Heir to the Empire is just fun. I’m loving this. It’s a rare example of how me not having read a wider range of books as a kid is actually working for me now. Because in this modern era of Disney Star Wars slop, I get to read the Thrawn trilogy for the first time, and damn it if it doesn’t feel good to consume actual Star Wars.

The ignorance in this post is shocking. The picture is of Margaret Thatcher (dubbed 'The Iron Maiden') not Queen Elizabeth II at all (who was never referred to as such). And Wales is misspelled. What an example of American education!
Three Year Letterman@3YearLetterman

Today is the 100th birthday of the “Iron Maiden,” Queen Elizabeth. I do not support her and haven’t since 1776 Unfortunately, they don’t have freedom or democracy, so the people of England, Ireland, Scotland, and Whales must do whatever she says I hope it’s an unhappy birthday

@montymarkland @mickey_d682 @4nt1p4tt3rn It's not very simple. SCOTUS has held since 1893 that compacts that need congress approval are ones that threaten fed authority ie mineral rights regulatory agreemnts Otherwise the states can make agreements. Here it's a pledge to use the national pop vote rather than the states

The constitution requires “each state” to appoint electors and send them to Congress and it prohibits compacts between states. The NPV is wildly unconstitutional. For comparison, each of 15 states could each decide to randomly select electors by lottery and send their state slates to Congress, and this would be constitutional. Elections aren’t required for the appointment of electors in “each” state — but groupings of state elector slates and multi state compacts -are- prohibited. Very simple.

For those arguing that Article II allows the various states to apportion their electoral votes however they want, answer me this: Why, then, don't they just codify, "We will always give our electoral votes to the Democrat candidate"?

@r_u_thinking @micah_erfan The supreme court has held since 1893 states can enter agreements that doesn't increase their federal power such as regulatory agreements or mineral rights. They address "power not paperwork" This is individual states agreeing to make the same choice. A choice they can make

@micah_erfan This is explicitly prohibited by the U.S. Constitution. In typical fashion, Democrats are going directly against the Constitution while declaring themselves the true Americans. Y'all do realize how transparent you are, don't you? Nobody is buying your BS.

@1ocboltsfan @realJohnBarryD @micah_erfan An agreement to use the same standard to distribute their electoral votes? I'm not sure that it does. It doesn't make the states more powerful. It probably does the opposite.

@1ocboltsfan @realJohnBarryD @micah_erfan I know you feel that the clause is a gotcha but it's more nuanced. SCOTUS held in 1893 that only certain interstate agreements require congressional approval. Regulatory agreements mineral use have routinely needed it.
