Back-end is now deployed, I didn't plan a few cases which delayed me (as well as a few bugs on the historization): inviting users that already exist and the ones that belong to an org, or the emails declination for new users vs existing users Let's start the front-end 🧑‍🎨 7/?

We've been thinking for a while to create team features in @getdroyd (and @raphaelassaraf has been asking for a while 😉). The first step is to introduce organizations 🏢 and coworkers in droyd. Might seem straightforward but I'll break-up things in this thread ⚙️ 1/?

@raphaelassaraf @SlackHQ It's actually easier by email since it's packaged by our auth provider ;) note for later : would be interesting to rely exclusively on Slack for transactional coms 🤩, their API is far more user friendly than any mailing solution

@Brieuc_lambert @SlackHQ Would go for email invite as the baseline, then add Slack option as a nice to hav if the app is installed. Always handy to have an email somewhere when you get added to a tool. Inactive users vs new table 🤷 I defer to you 😊

This is what we track every day in Slack to stay focused on early traction. It's not possible to pay for Droyd yet, so we actually have no closed won deals 😅. Nor revenue attached. When this changes, I guess we'll make our data public 👀.

@lennysan Global MRR in Slack #general, every day! Ideal to keep the whole team focused. We loved it so much at our cos, we built droyd.io for anyone to do it (& more). Will check if I can dm more traditional dashboards from our day jobs though (cc @Brieuc_lambert)

Thanks to @Legalstart_fr, documents are generated in a breeze. Now we need an address and a "Pacte d'actionnaires" to align all 5 of us on our project - feels like playing russian dolls 🪆. Found a business address easily, and a friend from law school is writing us the pact 😎

We're planning on being able to accept payments by the end of September, @stripe billing and the customer portal seems like the best fit: almost #nocode and no compliance to handle. But we need a Siret to implement in production, hence we have to move on with incorporation fast

So a few months ago we started @getdroyd with @raphaelassaraf, Louis B, Sergey C and Come B . I'll try to recount our adventures as we bootstrap this cool product while having jobs, families, friends and hobbies.
