@TLRailUK last night there were no trains to get me and my family home. No one at station to give any info. We waited as signs said delayed - for 4 hours and with a 10 yr old All hotels full. So we have to pay a for a taxi. How do I get taxi fare back ??

@Brightonite27 Hi, we aren't affected by any strike action. If you've an Advance ticket these can be amended to a different time/date, if an Off-Peak or Anytime ticket you can request a refund. Both of these would need to be done via point of purchase. ^Max
