@BrilliantChode @beyond_fps The OP is talking about 60fps. If you play 60fps outside of 60hz the frame pacing will appear far less smooth than a console, because consoles almost always use vsync and switch the display to 60hz for 60fps content. On a PC you have to manage this manually.

If you truly want a console-like experience forget about RTSS frame limiters or nvidia fps limiters, you have to use vsync at a refresh rate that your hardware can mantain.

O pessoal do PC enfurecidos nos comentários, mas isso rola mesmo. Tem que limitar o frame time utilizando Rivatuner ou Painel da Nvidia, e mesmo assim tem mais jogos com stutters no PC do que no console

Sim. Isso sempre foi assim. Por isso que, inclusive, em PC se recomenda 60FPS como mínimo. No console você consegue jogar em 30FPS. No PC? Jamais! Existem processos no sistema operacional (que é de propósito geral) que consomem alguns milissegundos que são valiosos pra essa experiência.
