It's insane how absolutely every single UK government gets it wrong when tackling childhood obesity. School dinners aren't the issue. Maybe look at the fact you can buy highly processed freezer meals for a fraction of the price of proper whole food meals. This is a poverty issue.

The cost of living in california is higher then 80 percent of America 18 dollars an hour in any other part of America is a livable wage.
