Immigrants in Canada, something remarkable is happening in the job market right now, and most newcomers are missing it.
While everyone argues about AI stealing jobs, Canadian governments and companies are quietly creating entirely new roles they cannot fill fast enough.
This window won't stay open. 🧵👇

Are your users still hearing “We’ll call you”… and never getting the call?
That’s not a delay. That’s a broken system.
Automation fixes this instantly.
Is your library still manual or already smart?

@boygiwa01 @AmaraBlessing_ Regardless of who he supported or not, the question is, is this government doing well or not?
English

@AmaraBlessing_ He clearly told people to know who they are voting for during the last election and told them what would happen if this current administration won, Peter obi was at shiloh that year, so it was clear who he was supporting.

Most ecommerce stores have a repetition problem.
The same five questions come in every single day. Where is my order? Can I return this? Is this in stock? How long does shipping take? Do you ship to my country?
And every single time, a human being reads it, decides what it is, and types a response. That's not support work but data entry. And it's eating your team's time.
Here's what happens when you fix the system instead of hiring more people.
Every message that comes in gets read and classified instantly. What type of issue is it? How urgent is it? How frustrated is this customer? The AI model decides in seconds.
If the customer is genuinely angry and the situation is urgent, your team receives an immediate alert.
If it's a routine question the system can handle, it gets logged, resolved, and tracked.
If the AI isn't confident enough in its answer, It stops and hands it to a human. Because a wrong automated response is worse than a slow human one.
By the end of the day, you can see exactly what your customers are struggling with. Which issues keep coming back? Where is your biggest bottleneck? And how much of it your team needs to be involved in. That visibility alone changes how you run the business.
If your support team is spending more than two hours a day on messages that all sound the same, you don't need more staff. You need a better system.
Send me a DM, and I'll show you what that looks like for your store.

NB: WES is the most popular, but not the only organization for degree assessment in Canada.
