This is a top advice. Don’t wait till you have it all cos you might never have it all. Save up like 10M, look for a colleague that has saved same amount and more or an investor that has a good head on their shoulder, sign a proper agreement and start up something.

Dear Pharmacist (and every young professional out there) You’ve got your little money saved as a pharmacist? Good. Now, find another pharmacist who shares the same goal and vision. Sit down together, write out your plans, and get proper agreements drafted and signed by a lawyer. Then get to work. This mentality of “I must own everything” is one major reason most businesses don’t survive beyond our parents or grandparents. Many of them built great ventures but made deals sealed only by word of mouth. You’re educated — use that knowledge. Make sound legal agreements, protect your interests, and grow together.
