Joe Biden pardoned 80 people in his time as President. Trump in his first term pardoned 144 people. Trump in his second term over 1600. 166 of them are separate from the Jan 6th pardons. Take away the Jan 6th pardons, Trump still doubled Bidens pardons. Miss me with this BS

Update: the U.S. citizen detained by Border Patrol confirmed in an interview with @JuddLegum that my educated guesses/Occam's Razor theory below was correct. The agents just outright lied. Claimed he was arrested in Nogales, wasn't, said he admitted to entering illegally, didn't.

Occam's Razor suggests the Border Patrol agent lied. That's backed up by the fact that one claim made by the agent is provably false; that he was arrested near Nogales. That lie matters because this sworn statement claims he entered the day before, and Nogales is 70 miles south.

Border Patrol arrested a US citizen from Albuquerque walking on the street near BP Headquarters in Tucson. The agent who arrested him seems to have lied and said he was picked up in Nogales (an hour south of Tucson) and admitted entering illegally. He was detained for 10 days.
