@TicketmasterCS I have been waiting for 2 hours. If this continues until tomorrow it will beto late to request a refund according to your rules. Please provide an email address as I am having no luck at all with either customer service through your chat function nor through @ticketmasterUK
@YodelOnline my parcel is with you and I am away but the app says it cannot offer any of the many options to change the delivery date or collect from a Yodel store. I am very concerned as the package is medical. I have been on the app for the last 30 minutes but no help.

@BritishAir_Reec Thank you, a manager came to our rescue and we were reunited with our bags. A lengthy and avoidable ordeal but very glad it was resolved.
@British_Airways can someone help us. We have waited nearly two hours at Heathrow waiting at Baggage Enquiries T5 @HeathrowAirport for someone to escort us to baggage reclaim to collect our luggage from flight 1495.
@BritishTelecom our internet has gone down and we have just been told it’s ‘a fault at the exchange’ and will take 5 days to fix despite the fact that we pay for a premium service.
@Better_UK have taken 2 sets of payments from my daughter’s account for months in error and have not responded to multiple requests for a refund. Over £200 taken and money still being taken after she terminated her account.
@BritishTelecom can you tell me why my broadband was cut off today and was passed to 3 different departments 5 times in a row before mysteriously getting cut off each time after holding for 20 minutes? Customer for 20 yrs and all WFH. Can you can at least send an engineer today?
