@JetBlue Complete dumpster fire. You should be ashamed at how you handled this. You canceled flights with zero notification. Four hour wait time for customer service who could not rebook our flight. We are trapped for four days now. Disgrace.

@MBTA The station itself has always been a dump but the biggest issue is parking and the state of the roads for off street parking. Very Limited parking, roads and sidewalks are covered in snow and ice still. It’s just a mess.

@MBTA Please discuss what a disgraceful state the Oak Grove station is in and how to fix it. Or better yet maybe send someone out to check it out.

@MBTA Street parking at Oak Grove is completely covered with snow. It’s awful.

@MBTA The parking lot and street parking situation especially is very unsafe at Oak Grove. Parking spots are half covered in snow and ice. With all the existing closures it’s a truly awful and dangerous situation and has been all week.

@MBTA who’s responsible for snow removal at stations? This is at Wollaston. How is someone in a wheelchair supposed to use this to get off the sidewalk?

@MBTA what is going on with the orange line standbys going on? Our train has stopped at every station since back bay for several minutes before being released and the same thing happening at the next. Thank you.

@MBTA When can riders expect to rely on you for reliable transit? We are still paying full price to park and for tickets and still have to deal with this experience. It is very frustrating.

Orange Line: Oak Grove station is running service with single track operation due to a switch problem. All train service will operate on the southbound track at Oak Grove. Passengers should expect delays of about 15 minutes.

@MBTA @MBTA Is there a reason this keeps happening? Why can’t we expect reliable service on this line? What is being done to fix this? I was stuck last week in the huge outage too. Also with signal problems. I don’t understand.

@MBTA any idea when parking will be restored at oak grove at “full” capacity? It’s totally filled up and it’s not even 9.

As we work to lift speed restrictions & plan repairs, we’re providing alternate transit options for all subway lines. To help lessen rider impacts, @MBTA_CR is available for Red & Orange Lines. Starting 3/27, CR is available for Green Line & the ferry is available for Blue Line.
