The Treaty of Versailles, signed on June 28, 1919, officially ended World War I between the Allied powers and Germany. Part of that was that Germany would never again have a military! Now Germany has announced they are going to build the largest military in Europe; once again, the U.S. and Russia will have to return to Germany!
