@Budget 1/2 Woke up to flat tire called RA; got auto response TOW would cost $319. Called AAA for free tow. Mechanic said another tire was not roadworthy, no tread left, wear bar visible. Called customer svc and was told they won’t pay for two tires bc RA did not authorize me .

@Budget 2/2 No Person from Roadside Assistance picked up the phone to speak to me. All automated platform. How was I supposed to get authorization and who would pay $319 for a tow job when they have AAA? Budget put me and my entire family in danger with their negligence.

@Budget As expected, no real solution from Budget. I really find it odd how much relevance a former employer of mine put on responding to complaints on X… since so many companies - including Budget - only provide lip service. I guess they don’t realize we have other options. @Budget

Do I need a valid Driver’s License AND a passport to pick up a rental car from Budget in America?!? I have a reservation. I have a valid Driver’s License with my photo. But I keep getting reminder emails from Budget that indicate I need a passport?!? @Budget

@Budget our car stinks of cigarettes and the front door panel fell off. customer service advised that the location we were at had no other vehicle so they sent us to another location that had 3 vehicles available. We arrived at the new location & they have nothing available.
