Where do I file an official complaint against FedEx? Your driver(s) continually deliver my packages to the ground by a side door (uncovered) instead of on my FRONT PORCH which is covered. @FedEx @FedExHelp

Could FedEx drivers please deliver packages to my front PORCH, which is covered & protected from the elements. Instead, their drivers insist on leaving packages on my UNCOVERED side doorstep. I live on the WA coast - it rains here. Do the math. @FedEx @FedExHelp @FedExOffice

Hey, I’d like to thank American Airlines for holding my checked bag hostage. Delayed a flight for 3 hours, deboarded the plane and wouldn’t give us our checked bags. 12 hours later, my bag is still in Tampa. 3 different AA employees gave me inaccurate instructions. @aairwaves

@online_adv7881 I don’t use WhatsApp. I’ve provided you all the info you need. I’ll reattach the photo here. It’s simple: Budget owes me 1/4 tank of gas. And there are small scratches on the driver’s side door… there was no one to report this to. Your Tampa location isn’t the best, obviously.
