@Budget 1/2 Woke up to flat tire called RA; got auto response TOW would cost $319. Called AAA for free tow. Mechanic said another tire was not roadworthy, no tread left, wear bar visible. Called customer svc and was told they won’t pay for two tires bc RA did not authorize me .

@Budget 2/2 No Person from Roadside Assistance picked up the phone to speak to me. All automated platform. How was I supposed to get authorization and who would pay $319 for a tow job when they have AAA? Budget put me and my entire family in danger with their negligence.

@Budget we preordered a rental car to be picked up at Indianapolis airport. We have been waiting in line for at least one hour. I estimate there are at least eleven parties in front of us. There is no movement of the line. Are there no cars available? Why did we reserve a car?
