South Western Railway are something else. They cancel a train but refuse to compensate me more than 25%. They say that I arrived at my destination within the timeframe that the cancelled train would have arrived. That is only because I spent £48 getting a taxi to another station!

@Buffalou73 Try filling out the form without attaching a ticket and explain how it is currently not working for you to attach an image. You will get an email reply so then you should be able to then attach the ticket through an email instead. ^DM

@SW_Help Hi I contacted them by email as you suggested. They have sent a fairly standard response with a link to the delay repay claim page. Are you able to point me in the direction of someone more senior? I feel like I’m going round in circles a bit 😩

@SW_Help Thank you. As it was a return journey we should have got 50% which would be £20. Can you help as to why we have been offered £10? I did appeal it and that was declined.

@SW_Help Thank you 🙏🏻 I submitted a delay repay claim for the cancelled train (2 of us travelling). I was led to believe we should get a full refund if a train is cancelled. Total price we paid for 2 return journeys was £40 yet we are only getting a £10 refund…
