@BullyBeef7

I dislike the dishonesty and tyranny of our Government, their lack of respect for human rights and the rule of law is sickening.

@MaeveSherlock @churchstate @TheLordFarmer @HLConstitution @kirith_ae @BBCPanorama @BBC A Request for Engagement — Declined Campaigners from STOPSuicide UK, alongside journalists and advocates, requested a meeting with the Minister to discuss: Safeguarding failures Transparency concerns Cases involving serious harm and death The response was clear: The Minister declined to meet, stating she was “not in a position” to do so and could not “add anything meaningful.” the-4billion-pound-lie.blogspot.com/2026/04/when-m…

@MaeveSherlock @churchstate @kirith_ae @BBCPanorama @BBC @TransparencyUK Who Gets Heard — And Who Does Not On its own website, Gingerbread confirms that it has participated in roundtable discussions with Ministers, including Baroness Sherlock, providing direct input into CMS policy discussions. At the same time, groups such as STOPSuicides UK (STOPS), which are raising evidence of: Suicide linked to CMS processes Elevated mortality among paying parents Safeguarding failures have been repeatedly refused equivalent engagement. This is not about whether Gingerbread should be heard. It is about why others are not. the-4billion-pound-lie.blogspot.com/2026/04/select…

@MaeveSherlock @churchstate @TheLordFarmer @kirith_ae @BBCPanorama @BBC_HaveYourSay @TransparencyUK Evidence drawn from internal Operational Leadership Team (OLT) material suggests that the CMS operated within a structured framework that included: a target of approximately 35% of cases being managed through Collect and Pay a focus on identifying and moving “switchers” from Direct Pay an operational emphasis on increasing Collect and Pay usage This raises an important question: Was Collect and Pay being used solely based on individual case circumstances, or was there a broader operational strategy influencing its use? the-4billion-pound-lie.blogspot.com/2026/04/was-co…

@MaeveSherlock @churchstate @TheLordFarmer @BBCPanorama @BBC Parliament has previously estimated the economic cost of suicide at approximately £1.67 million per death. This figure, cited in a 2016 Health Committee report, is based on earlier data and has not been updated for inflation. More recent studies use different methodologies and often describe their estimates as “conservative,” meaning they are not directly comparable. What is clear, however, is that the £1.67 million figure represents a baseline rather than a maximum, and the true cost today is likely to be significant. That cost is not abstract. It includes: Lost employment and tax revenue NHS and emergency service costs Coroner and legal processes The long-term impact on families and society the-4billion-pound-lie.blogspot.com/2026/04/the-do…

@MaeveSherlock @churchstate @TheLordFarmer @BBCPanorama @BBC @BBC_HaveYourSay James Anderson, now 75 attempted to take his life three years ago as a result of 20 years of hounding and maladministration by the UK's Child Maintenance Service. James is very lucky to be alive after spending months in hospital after trying to take his life. Many are not and at STOPS.org.uk UK we are campaigning to stop the CMS from stresses people so much that they become ill or attempt to take their own lives. The CMS know they do it. The politicians know they do. Many lives have been taken. Many families suffer as a consequence. It is 100% avoidable and the situation must STOP! youtube.com/watch?v=sL8W53…

@MaeveSherlock @churchstate @TheLordFarmer @BBCPanorama @bbc @BBC_HaveYourSay Instead of investigating and initiating a Public Inquiry the Child Maintenance Service was given even more extreme and unconstitutional enforcement powers which allows them to collect money that is not owed and totally unevidenced. We need a Public Inquiry into the operations of the Child Maintenance Service NOW! Children are losing parents and parents are losing their children to suicide because of the wrongdoing of the Child Maintenance Service. youtube.com/watch?v=MbfLbc…

@MaeveSherlock @churchstate @BBCPolitics @BBCPanorama Baroness Sherlock, the BBC report is only part of a much wider and deeply troubling picture surrounding the Child Maintenance Service. STOPS.org.uk has now highlighted DWP figures showing 9,258 deaths of CMS paying parents between 2020–2024. Using national mortality comparisons, campaigners estimate thousands of these deaths may represent excess mortality within the CMS population. Disability News Service previously reported death rates among some CMS paying parent age groups were up to three times the national average. These figures demand independent scrutiny — not silence. Parents and families have raised concerns for years regarding disputed arrears, enforcement practices, mental health impacts, and lack of effective challenge before enforcement action proceeds. The public deserves transparency and accountability. stops.org.uk/4600-excess-de…

@MaeveSherlock @DWPgovuk @KemiBadenoch @MelJStride @TransparencyUK @churchstate @10DowningStreet @TheLordFarmer @CommonsLeader @HLConstitution @BBCPolitics @BBCPanorama @Daily_Express @Telegraph @TheSun Baroness Sherlock, the BBC is now reporting publicly on concerns many of us have raised for years about the Child Maintenance Service. Families have spoken about disputed arrears, aggressive enforcement, lack of effective challenge, and devastating mental health consequences. These concerns have been evidenced through Parliamentary hearings, NAO findings, court cases, coroners’ reports, and countless testimonies from affected parents. The system cannot continue hiding behind statistics while lives are being damaged. The time for meaningful scrutiny and reform is now. Public Inquiry is necessary. bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

@MelJStride spearheaded a major government crackdown on "deadbeat dads" who evade child maintenance payments. The reforms aimed to slash the enforcement process from six months to six weeks by granting the Child Maintenance Service (CMS) powers to fast-track administrative liability orders without going through the courts.The legislation, introduced during his tenure as Work and Pensions Secretary, included significant measures to penalize parents refusing to pay support: @KemiBadenoch @EstherMcVey1 @BBCPolitics @Daily_Express @Telegraph @DWPgovuk @10DowningStreet @kirith_ae @DWPgovuk @HLConstitution @LordsPublicSCom @TheLordFarmer @samaritans Maybe you should consider a Public Inquiry you all know about the wrongdoing of the Child Maintenance Service and the deaths they have caused with their false accounting. This is the Post Office/Horizon on steroids! Consecutive governments have ignored the big white elephant in the room for too long. Over the history of the Post Office there was 13 suicides. In 2021 in a 7 month period there was 35 suicides 23 of those were Paying Parents on Collect and Pay. This is information is from an FOI. Each suicide costs the taxpayer £1.6 million 35 suicides in 7 months cost more than to run the Child maintenance Service itself this is not value for tax payers money is it? bbc.co.uk/news/articles/…

UK Child Maintenance service. What's the point of men working if this corrupt organisation is going to fake arrears and charge men over and above until they kill themselves? My friend recently took this all to the high court; nothing. He was hit with fees for even doing so. Here's MY personal tip. I've been a fathers rights advocate for a loooooong time now. Seen and heard it all. No matter your class or standing the CMS are corrupt. The people I've advised to flourish in their own business have done vastly better. Then the ones who've hung on by a thread, I've advised them to seek government assistance. Don't be proud. Don't be a fucking cash cow. There are private agreements happening right now in this country and they work fine. You'll find that it is because HE is contributing over and above OR like my personal situation, we do 50/50. No money. Remember; when you're down by choice, you hold ALL the cards.
