I love it when nobody’s who never made it to the @MLB level criticize players for not making plays that they would have ZERO chance to make. As a retired MLB second baseman I can promise you that this wasn’t an easy play! The ball was smoked and @j_chisholm3 got an in between hop, which are the most difficult, and he had to deal with the fact that the umpire was in the way.
