This behaviour deserves to be called out. I believe “E. Dobbin” is the filmer, if I recall. When I saw this video, I was filled with anger. At an event against rape gangs, but you’re going to sexually harass a 15-year-old. Anyone who witnesses such behaviour from ANYONE should be confronted. The beginning could have been described as an off putting, accidental thing, brushed off. But to continue on as they try to walk away is disgraceful. The mother looked so uncomfortable, even from the start.
