Just regular #customerservice from @ups telling me I have “ten days” to pay bills I never received in a letter dated Apr 1 that I received April 20. Just the regular expected incompetence from @UPS_CH

I never received any of these in the mail. I pay my bills when I get them. I believe this is a planned #scam and #taxfraud scheme from #ups @UPS @UPS_CH This continues to happen repeatedly and I am just a small person being completely scammed by a large #corporation. #fraud

This was my comment on #Google a year ago. At this point, #ups had already #defrauded me multiple times with extra fees and costs. One star was too many for @UPS @UPS_CH #corporatefraud #customercomplaint

@UPS_CH has been systematically stealing from me and forwarding unsent invoices to collections so that I have to pay double. I order a lot from the US and this is a repetitive pattern of #fraud and #abuse #stealing #shady #corporation #ups #switzerland

Warning people in #Switzerland about the #UPS #scam taking place constantly. @UPS will send invoices that customers don’t receive to collections. Being repeatedly punished for the #incompetence of a massive corporation is where I draw the line. @UPS_CH and worldwide are #thieves

@UPS threatening legal action for import bills they didn’t send me is just how it goes…normal, regularly scheduled #ups behaviour. The bill is also from April 1st and today is the 20th. They gave me “ten days.” What a #scam and joke of a company. @UPS_CH

Why keep using @bookingcom when they’re impossible to get ahold of, don’t reply, and leave me stranded with no help? Hotels will always match their prices anyways…use booking to find a hotel, then book directly through the hotel! They’ll love you!

@bookingcom how am I supposed to resolve an issue when you make it impossible to contact you and don’t reply to ANYTHING? Clearly I get better service when I book directly with the hotel and they match your price anyways so… #hotel #booking

This is the service you get when you pay $5k for a business class ticket from #lufthansa. @lufthansa really expects customers to sit in front of their phones and screens for 5-6 hours to get customer service, wow. Absolute joke of an #airline
