Smear the bread with Dijon, add a slice of ham, Swiss cheese, asparagus spear, roll, place in a casserole dish upright, pour over a mix of 6 eggs, 250ml cream, salt, pepper, bake in a slow oven at 160C (it's a custard, be gentle) for 30-40 minutes until set. Larger serve: 8 eggs, 250ml cream, 250ml milk. (Ignore the butter in the pic. I no longer use/need this)

Labor’s petrol price gouging laws have just passed Parliament. Price hikes that rip off Australians is not acceptable. The Albanese Labor Government is taking action. These laws double penalties for companies doing the wrong thing. Profits should not come at the expense of Australians
