Anyone want this @CanonUSA printer? I was thinking about getting one that can take what’s on my screen and putting it onto paper. This just sits on the desk and constantly states how it isn’t connected after doing a random print. Anyone know a quality brand that works?

absolutely appalled at the (lack of) customer service & support from @CanonUSA in regards to my architecture printer. 2 hours on the phone and they want me to record my day of printing and send it to them… #warranty replace the damn thing!

@CanonUSA what happened? This wireless printer is easily one of the WORST purchases I’ve made and that’s saying a lot. My last canon lasted 15 YEARS. This one? I can NEVER print. Every single time I have to restart, reconnect re-add like it’s day one.
