@GWRHelp As I said, you saying ‘not guaranteed’ and staff here saying you ‘no longer serve food’ is contradictory. I’ve been traveling on this 4 hour train service many years and this is the first time there has been no sandwiches. It’s a long ride without food!

@GWRHelp I’m in 1st class on a GWR London to paignton train and just been told that GWR stopped doing sandwiches and food ‘a long time ago’. I was on the service going in the opposite direction 3 days ago and there was food. Is this true that there no longer food on your trains?
