A while ago The @VETERANSCHARITY team in Cornwall supported the funeral of a @RoyalAirForce veteran. His daughter was so grateful she offered us a number of items including her Fathers guitars which we have gifted to the Music Department at Redruth Academy! 🎶 🎸 🎸

The first Routes of Remembrance - Poppies to Paddington was created by The @VETERANSCHARITY to ensure one elderly veteran in Cornwall had a physical act of remembrance they could take part in. We are so proud of how well it is received and how it has brought people together.

This morning, we are holding a special @AfvbcN at our trackside facility, The Veterans Halt.
It was on this day in 1825 that the Stockton & Datlington railway began & trains rolled out across the world.
This year marks the 170 year of military railways (1st in Crimea).
