On top of that, the Democrats' Climate Commitment Act (cap-and-trade "carbon tax") adds roughly 50-57 cents more per gallon. That's nearly $1.10+ per gallon in state-level gouging alone, before global oil fluctuations. This is classic big-government corruption: regressive taxes that hit working families hardest, with revenue funneled to green agendas, bike paths, and transit instead of roads. Washington state is corrupt, and drivers are paying the price. Blaming Trump won't fill tanks or fix the mess your side created. Repeal the hidden taxes and let people keep more of their money.
