🚨⛑️Blackhawk Crew Executes Daring Hoist Extraction of Injured Border Patrol Agent in El Centro! Yesterday, a San Diego Air and Marine Branch UH-60 Blackhawk crew responded to an injured El Centro Sector Border Patrol Agent. Due to challenging terrain and a possible broken leg, a hoist extraction was performed after a Rescue Specialist provided care on scene with fellow Border Patrol Agents. The agent was safely transported and transferred to local EMS near Ocotillo, CA. We stand ready to protect and support our brothers in arms—no matter the challenge! #RescueOperations

More illegal aliens stopped by @CBPAMO! 23 arrested in failed human smuggling attempt off the California Coast! On Saturday, DHC-8 and Multi-Role Enforcement Aircraft aircrews coordinated with a Coastal Interceptor Vessel Crew to intercept a panga-style vessel west of San Clemente Island. After maintaining visual contact and vectoring support from the air, Marine Interdiction Agents successfully interdicted the vessel with 23 illegal aliens onboard just after 1:00 p.m. Air and Marine Operations seized the vessel, and all subjects were turned over to San Diego ICE ERO. Excellent teamwork and coordination from the air and sea ensured a safe and effective operation! #BorderSecurity

On March 11, #DemingAirUnit teamed up with Lordsburg Border Patrol, RAPTOR Team, #BORTAC, and @USBPSOG Special Operations Group units for a coordinated effort in the El Paso Sector. The operation began after agents observed a group of eight individuals preparing to cross into the United States near San Luis Pass Road the night before.
The next morning, agents deployed to the area and tracked the group through mountainous terrain. After several hours, they located and apprehended six individuals dressed in camouflage, who were attempting to avoid detection. Two additional subjects, believed to be the group’s foot guides, managed to leave the area before law enforcement arrived. Despite an extensive search, the guides were not found and are believed to have returned south into Mexico.

#RESCUE - Border Patrol Agent Airlifted After ATV Crash in Dunes near Felicity, CA.
A #YumaAirBranch AS350 crew responded to an ATV rollover near Felicity, CA, assisting an injured Border Patrol Agent. Due to the tough terrain, the agent, along with a Border Patrol paramedic on scene, was airlifted to the nearest road, then transported to a Yuma, AZ hospital for advanced care with suspected head injuries and two fractured wrists.

🚨On February 27, 2026, at approximately 4:40pm, an AMO Multi-Role Enforcement Aircraft operating off the coast of California detected a vessel of interest 10 miles west of Point Loma. The aircrew coordinated with a Coastal Interceptor Vessel Crew and vectored Marine Interdiction Agents onto the target, resulting in a successful interdiction at 5:00pm. The vessel was stopped without incident, with six individuals onboard, all claiming Mexican nationality. The San Diego Marine Unit seized the vessel, and the subjects were processed for removal. Attempting to enter the United States by sea is illegal. You will be detected, caught, and arrested. Do not risk your life—do not take to the sea! #BorderSecurity #SanDiego

An injured hiker was recently air-hoisted from the Franklin Mountains and transported to a local hospital in stable condition. The rescue involved El Paso SOD, BORSTAR, and BORTAC, along with AMO and the El Paso Combined Search and Rescue Unit.
