And is State Farm doing anything to address climate change? No. It is just charging Americans more... Why doesn't State Farm seem to care about the charging the actual polluters that are significant contributors to the stronger storms that cost more to actually insure?

@RepGregMurphy You're right @RepGregMurphy @RepDonBacon others- pushing for #EnergyTaxCredits to remain. These tax incentives have been in place for decades and renewables, battery, nuclear, carbon capture will all be needed to be energy independence & meet the energy demands of our future!

Interested in solar panels on your roof? The #IRA Residential Clean Energy Property (25D) tax credit provide a 30% uncapped tax credit for rooftop solar, battery storage, and geothermal heat pumps. Electric panel upgrades associated with these installs are also in the tax credit.

Heat pumps are 3 TO 5 TIMES MORE EFFICIENT than most current fossil fuel heating systems, because it takes less energy to move heat around than to produce it. Heat pumps work by moving heat from one place to another, not by the burning of fuels. Cleaner air indoor and out!

This is so cool (and warm)! Heat pumps are nearly identical to your traditional air conditioner, except in the winter it operates in reverse-mode, pumping heat from the air outside your home to the inside.
