The 2020 election was prima facie. 5 states illegally & unconstitutionally changing their voting laws with judges & elected officials instead of the legislative branch of government. GA, AZ, PA, Wisc & Mich. States that changed their laws for 2020 did so with Democrat judges and Democrat election officials & all changes promoted fraud according to the Carter-Baker Election Commission Report of 2005. Biden won those states by narrow margins, results that were not only suspiciously obtained but suspiciously against old election bell- wethers. The Constitution requires legislative enactments, but all the courts passed on all the complaints of unconstitutionality and fraud. Not one official court case judged the evidence merits. Low courts wanted them, and higher courts turned it down. Judges have the power but not the RIGHT. All of them. Not all of the judges, but all of the court majorities. We've all seen the court tapes in PA, GA, Mich, and Wisc.
